ApplyStorm Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to ApplyStorm, operated by ZTechEngineering LLC at applystorm.net ("we," "us," or "our").

1. 7-Day Refund Window

We offer a full refund for paid subscriptions if requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or any subsequent renewal charge. No explanation is required.

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

  1. Email support@applystorm.net from the email address associated with your account
  2. Include the date of the charge you wish to refund
  3. We will process the refund within 5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

2. Beyond the 7-Day Window

Charges older than 7 days from the date of the charge are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (including but not limited to consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions).

3. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

If you both cancel AND want a refund for the most recent charge, you must explicitly request the refund as described in Section 1 within the 7-day window.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds beyond the 7-day window in cases of:

  • Documented service unavailability significantly affecting your ability to use the Service for the billing period
  • Duplicate or accidental charges resulting from technical errors
  • Fraudulent charges (where we will investigate and refund if appropriate)

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider instead of requesting a refund through our process, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We strongly prefer direct communication; please contact us first.

6. Promotional Trials

Subscriptions activated via promotional trial codes are not eligible for cash refunds, as no payment was made. To stop a promotional trial, simply cancel your subscription at any time before the trial converts to a paid plan.
