A submission is an application you send — ApplyStorm prepares and fills it, and you click Submit on the employer’s page.

Billing, cancellation and refunds
- Refunds. A paid subscription can be refunded in full within 7 days of the initial charge or any renewal, no explanation required. Quarterly plans refund in full within 7 days of the charge and are otherwise non-refundable; you keep access to the end of the quarter. Email support from the address on your account with the date of the charge.
- Cancelling. Cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then.
- Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe — monthly or every three months, your choice at checkout — and renew automatically unless cancelled. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at, and get at least 30 days’ notice before any change to their plan’s limits.
- Promotional trials. Where a trial code is offered, it starts you on Pro without payment. Cancel before it converts and nothing is charged.
