Finds the roles
Pulls openings from close to 200 curated company career boards (Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby) and the Adzuna job aggregator, and scores each one against your profile across five dimensions before it ever reaches you.
Writes the materials
A tailored résumé and cover letter per application, written from your own material and rendered to PDF and .docx. The résumé is also checked against that material, and one that fails the check is held for you.
Prepares the application
On supported job boards your own Chrome fills the form and stops for you to check and click Submit; elsewhere the documents and answers are ready for you. On a job board you set to Full Auto, with the “Submit applications for me” permission on, the extension clicks Submit for you. Answers you have given before are remembered, so you are not retyping them.
Follows the thread
Employer replies arrive in the product, matched to the application, and can be answered without leaving it.
Prepares you for the call
Interview questions written from the specific job and your submitted résumé, answered aloud and scored against a rubric.
Keeps your answers
An Answer Bank of what you have said before, reused across applications so the tenth is faster than the first.

On Greenhouse and Lever, and on other employers’ sites once you turn on “Fill on any site”, ApplyStorm opens the application in your browser through its extension, fills it from your profile and tailored documents, verifies the fields it filled, and stops for your review. You click Submit, unless you’ve set a job board or other employer sites to Full Auto with the “Submit applications for me” permission on; then Storm clicks it in your own Chrome. Where filling isn’t available, it hands you the documents and the answers.
Interview practice from the application you made
A rehearsal set written from the posting you applied to, the résumé you sent for it and your saved answers. You answer out loud; each answer is scored against a rubric for its question type, and the gaps it names have to quote what you said or what the job asked for.
