ApplyStorm

How ApplyStorm works

Storm finds the roles worth your time, tailors every application, handles the repetitive work, and gets you ready for the interview.

Step by step

  1. Finds the roles

Pulls openings from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Adzuna, and scores each one against your profile across five dimensions before it ever reaches you.

  2. Writes the materials

A tailored résumé and cover letter per application, put through a quality check against your own material and rendered to PDF and .docx.

  3. Prepares the application

On supported job boards your own Chrome fills the form and stops for you to check and click Submit; everywhere else the documents and answers are ready for you. Answers you have given before are remembered, so you are not retyping them.

  4. Follows the thread

Employer replies arrive in the product, matched to the application, and can be answered without leaving it.

  5. Prepares you for the call

Interview questions written from the specific job and your submitted résumé, answered aloud and scored against a rubric.

  6. Keeps your answers

An Answer Bank of what you have said before, reused across applications so the tenth is faster than the first.

What you can see and control

Every field it typed

Each field with where the value came from and how sure it was, read back from the page and shown to you before you press Submit.

You hold the Submit button

ApplyStorm discovers, tailors, checks quality and fills the form in your own Chrome. Nothing is sent until you click Submit on the employer’s page.

Help while you are on the call

With consent, interviews are recorded and transcribed. An angle and two beats appear large enough to read at arm’s length.

In more detail

Continuous discovery

Close to 200 curated company career boards plus a job aggregator, polled hourly. Senior and exec-level postings surface within the hour, deduped against everything you have already seen.

AI-tailored resume and cover letter

AI models rewrite your resume and draft a cover letter against the actual job description — bullet by bullet, scoped to the role's responsibilities. You stay in control of the final draft, with Word and PDF versions saved and downloadable.

Fills the form in your own Chrome

On supported job boards (Greenhouse and Lever today), ApplyStorm opens the application in your browser through its extension, fills it from your profile and tailored documents, verifies every field, and stops. You review and click Submit. Elsewhere, it hands you the documents and the answers.

Smart filtering

Location filter, compensation minimums, title-contains and remote-only toggles, plus an exclusions list that learns from every "not interested" you click. Stop wading through irrelevant postings.

Two things it will not do

  • Solve a CAPTCHA

We don’t solve CAPTCHAs. When one appears, we hand the filled form back to you.

  • Automate LinkedIn

ApplyStorm writes your LinkedIn application material but never submits it for you — their terms forbid automation, and a suspended profile costs you far more than the time saved. Browser filling runs only on supported job boards, and every application still ends with a person clicking Submit; on sites like Workday and iCIMS the materials are handed to you, because that is where things go wrong quietly.

The full list of commitments — what happens to your material, how recording works, what the product refuses to predict — is on the About page.
